1 Acceptance of Terms

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the juan369 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

juan369 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your issuing bank's policies.

All transactions on juan369 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.

Key conditions governing deposits and withdrawals include:

juan369's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

juan369 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Prolonged account inactivity, as defined in juan369's dormant account policy.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to juan369.

You may close your juan369 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
